Tour with the Night Watchman
At nightfall Schwerin’s night watchman will show you the city centre. In his historic robe he takes visitors on an unforgettable tour, little stories and anecdotes included.
When? May - September: every Friday and Saturday at 8.30 p.m.
October - April: every Friday at 18.00 p.m.
Where? Leaving at Altstädtischer Markt (Market Square), in front of the Tourist Information Centre (Town Hall)

BUGA-Tour (Bundesgartenschau - National Horticultural Exhibition)
Visit the National Horticultural Exhibition (BUGA – Bundesgartenschau) in Schwerin. Our BUGA-guides will show you the site and bring you closer to the “Seven Gardens at the Heart of Schwerin”.
When? Every day at 10.00 am and 14.00 pm (only during the exhibition from 23 April to 11 October 2009)
Where? Leaving at the main entrance of the BUGA venue, in front of the pavilion of the Visitors Service

Special tour of the Palace
Special tour “from the cellar vaults to the cupula”
As the Palace constantly needs to be restored and renovated, this tour is always changing. Depending on the state of construction works, you get the opportunity to go where visitors usually don’t have access. This is your exclusive chance to take a look behind the scenes of the Palace and the State Parliament.
